I tried to get some more color in it without losing the paleness of the dragon. So the shadows went bluish and I brought some gold-orange tones into the warm areas to balance all the cold darks and cold reds. I thought the hair on his head looked a little Muppet-esque, so I tried to see what it would look like with spines in stead of hair. I didn't work on every part of it, but if I had more time I would try to paint some more subtle detail into the shadows. I moved the back leg of the figure farther back to give him a more heroic, solid-looking stance. I hope that helps! :jk
